Notes and Schedule
Schedule overview
Use Schedule to see planned CareMap activity for the active workspace.
Schedule brings planned Guide and Form work together for the active workspace. It also shows active Guide assignments that have a due date. Switch workspaces when you need to see a different workspace's schedule.
Choose a view and date range
- Open Schedule.
- Choose Upcoming, Today, Week, Month, or Agenda. Upcoming and Agenda show dated lists, while Week and Month group work on a calendar.
- Use the previous and next range controls to move through dates. Choose Today to return to the current date.
- Open Schedule filters to narrow the range by Subject, Guide, or Folder. The filter button shows how many filters are active; choose Clear to show the full range again.
The summary above the schedule counts the currently visible items, active items, recurring occurrences, and active reminders. These counts change with the date range and filters.
Read and open scheduled work
Each item shows its date and time, title, Guide or Form, subject, and current state. A state such as Queued, In progress, or Done tells you whether the planned work is still active. Recurring and reminder details appear when they apply.
In Week or Month, select a calendar item to open its details. In Month, choose the + more link when a day contains more items than the calendar can show. Choose Launch to start the Guide or Form with that item's schedule and subject context. Launching does not mark the item done; complete and submit the work for CareMap to update its state.
Add or manage scheduled work
Choose Schedule content to create planned work. Select the Guide or Form and who it is about, set its time and timezone, then choose recurrence, reminder, and color options. The available content and subjects depend on the active workspace and your access.
For a schedule you can change, use its actions to Edit schedule or Delete schedule. A recurring occurrence can also offer Done, Skip, Reschedule, or Clear exception without changing the rest of the series. Assignment due items are read only in Schedule; launch and complete them through the assignment workflow instead.
If an item is missing
- Confirm that the intended workspace is active and that you still have access to the content and subject.
- Move to the expected date range and clear Schedule filters.
- Look under assigned Guides when an assignment has no due date, is completed, or is archived, because it will not appear as an active Schedule item.
- Reopen or refresh Schedule after reconnecting or completing work. If the range reports an error, check your connection and try again.
