Recover missing or outdated Schedule items
Distinguish an empty, filtered, failed, or incomplete range and recover the current view.
An empty Schedule, a filtered result, a failed load, and an incomplete recurring range need different recovery steps.
Check a missing item
- Confirm the active workspace.
- Check the date range and the item's expected timezone.
- Open Schedule filters and clear restrictions.
- Try Today, Week, or Agenda around the expected date.
- Read any loading or incomplete-range message before treating the result as an empty calendar.
- If the item remains missing, ask someone who manages its content and workspace to check access, source availability, and the schedule's state.
Personal Schedule belongs to the signed-in account. Organization Schedule requires an available organization workspace. Changing workspace does not merge all workspace calendars into one collection.
Some occurrences can be visible through access to their subject even when their source content is unavailable in Library. Visibility alone does not guarantee that Launch, editing, or Folder filtering is available.
Retry a failed range load
Schedule range couldn't be loaded means the request failed. Select Retry current range after checking your connection.
Previously loaded items can remain visible with a warning that they may be out of date. They are not confirmation of a successful refresh. The export button is unavailable while a loading error remains.
Schedule refreshes its active range as updates arrive and when the app regains focus or becomes visible. After reconnecting, return to Schedule and let it refresh. A working browser notification does not by itself prove the calendar has the newest state.
Handle an incomplete recurring range
CareMap displays a warning when a recurring series reaches its occurrence projection limit. The warning's count is the number of affected series, not the number of missing occurrences.
Try a smaller date range, such as Today or Week. If the warning persists, ask a schedule manager to review the affected series. Clearing filters alone does not generate missing occurrences.
Visible totals and a downloaded calendar can both be partial in this state. Do not assume every recurrence was included simply because some items loaded.
Check other expected behavior
- Narrow Month hides adjacent-month dates; wide Month includes them.
- A remembered filter can show an unavailable selected value and still hide results.
- A Guide assignment appears as a dated Schedule item only while active, incomplete, and due within the range. Look under Assigned guides for undated or completed work.
- Skipped recurring occurrences are omitted from ordinary Schedule results; see exceptions.
Use calendar views and filters to verify what the current screen is actually showing.
