Browse Schedule dates and calendar views

Choose date ranges, navigate narrow and wide calendars, and interpret timezone labels.

Schedule shows planned Guide and Form work, plus eligible assignment due items, in the selected workspace.

Choose a range

  1. Choose the intended workspace and open Schedule.
  2. Select Upcoming, Today, Week, Month, or Agenda.
  3. Use Previous range or Next range to move through dates.
  4. Use the range-control Today button to return to the current date without changing the view type.
  5. Open an item to inspect its time, timezone, subject, content, and state.
ViewDates shown
TodayOne device-local day.
WeekSeven days, starting Sunday.
Month, wide layoutA six-week calendar including adjacent-month dates.
Month, narrow layoutThe selected month's dates in stacked sections.
Upcoming or AgendaA 30-day range beginning on the selected day.

Selecting the Today or Upcoming tab resets the starting date to today. Previous/Next moves by one day, week, month, or 30 days according to the view.

The view choice is remembered for this workspace on this device. Returning during the same app session can also restore the selected date and filters. It is not a shared calendar preference for everyone in the workspace.

Open calendar items

Week shows each day's items. Month shows the first three items in each day and + more when additional work exists.

Select + more to switch to Agenda beginning on that date. This opens a 30-day agenda, not a dialog limited to that one day. Agenda groups items by date and includes all matching items in its range.

On narrow screens, Jump to today moves to today's visible section. Jump to work moves to the next visible day with matching work, or the latest such day when all matching work is earlier. These shortcuts scroll within the displayed range rather than loading a different range.

Understand dates and timezones

Calendar day grouping uses the viewer's device-local date. An item's displayed clock time and timezone label use its saved timezone. Near midnight, the item's displayed date can differ from the calendar column containing it. Check the timezone before assuming the scheduled instant is wrong.

Items are ordered by start time, then title. Upcoming is a date-range view, not a filter that guarantees every item is unfinished.

Use Schedule filters to narrow the collection. Narrow Month excludes adjacent-month items from filters, totals, and calendar export; widening the layout can therefore change those counts.
