Notes and Schedule
Create a Guide or Form schedule
Plan one-time or recurring work using Content and About, Time, and Options.
Use Schedule content to plan Guide or Form work in a workspace.
Create planned work
- Choose the intended workspace and open Schedule.
- Select Schedule content. In Content and About, review Title, choose Content type, then choose the Guide or Form.
- Keep Single and choose Me or an available person under About. Use Multiple clients when you need separate items for several people.
- Select Next. In Time, enter the date, clock time, and Timezone.
- Choose One-time under Repeats, or configure a recurring schedule.
- Continue to Options, choose Reminder and Color, then select Save schedule.
- Find the saved item in its workspace and date range. Check its title, content, subject, and time before launching it.
A new schedule starts as Queued. Saving it does not launch the Guide or Form, submit a response, or complete the work.
Review the fields
The title describes this scheduled work; it does not rename the source content. Review it after changing the selected Guide or Form because the title does not automatically follow every content selection.
A new ordinary schedule asks for Time without an End field. Edit the saved schedule to add an End when needed. End must be later than Start.
Reminder choices are at launch time, 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes before, 1 or 2 hours before, or 1 day before. The initial choice is 15 minutes. This chooses a reminder offset; delivery also depends on notification setup. Color changes the schedule's presentation.
If saving fails
A missing source or person can reflect different content and About permissions. The source must belong to the selected workspace.
Correct the field identified by validation. Times are interpreted in the selected timezone; see schedule times. For a timing warning, follow overlap guidance.
If a request fails after a connection interruption, refresh Schedule and check whether the item exists before submitting the same creation again. Canceling or closing an unsaved dialog discards that draft.
The Guide editor also has a shorter scheduling dialog for one-time Guide work. Use Schedule when you need Forms, multiple clients, or recurrence.
