Notes and Schedule
View a scheduled occurrence's Report
Open the captured result, distinguish View report from Replay, and understand missing or retained links.
View report opens the captured result linked to that completed occurrence. It does not search for the latest run of the same content.
Review the saved result
- Open Schedule and find the completed date.
- In Week or Month, open the calendar entry's details.
- Select View report.
- Check About, Recorded by, the captured time, and the saved answers. For a Form, open Form submission; Guide Reports can include Answers and Events.
- Close the Report to return to the Schedule workspace, view, and date range.
Replay is a separate action that starts the content again. It does not edit the old Report or automatically replace the occurrence's completion link. Use Reports to find another run's result.
Interpret the labels
Done describes the scheduled work. Marked done is an occurrence label used for both manual and Report-based completion; it alone does not prove that a Report exists. A moved completed date can say Completed after reschedule.
A reminder badge can simultaneously say Reminder skipped with Occurrence completed. That means the reminder stopped because the work completed, not that the scheduled occurrence was skipped.
When the link is missing
The link requires an active linked Report for the schedule's current content and permission to view that Report. Manual Done creates no new Report. A partial Guide Report does not become the occurrence's completion evidence.
A voided Report, lost access, changed scheduled content, or cleared completion exception can remove the link. If access changes after opening, Report unavailable can appear. Refresh and check your Report access; reopening the same link does not grant permission.
Viewing or editing the Guide, Form, or schedule does not by itself grant access to every person's Reports. See Report access.
Later edits do not rewrite evidence
Changing the schedule's About person does not change the saved Report's subject. A retained link can still point to the original person's result, if you can view it. Always inspect the Report itself.
Manual Done creates no new result, but an occurrence that previously had a Report can retain its old link after later exception edits. Do not treat that link as evidence of the latest manual action.
Voiding a Report does not automatically reopen its Done occurrence. Clearing an available occurrence exception removes the direct link but preserves the Report. Use completion recovery when schedule state and the intended work need review.
