Aggregate Reports

Create private snapshots of Guide or Form Reports and review their results, people, and trends.

An Aggregate Report combines matching Guide or Form Reports into a private snapshot for the account that created it. Review patterns and trends without changing the source Reports.

Start with the right workflow

  1. Open Reports > Aggregates in the appropriate workspace.
  2. Find an existing aggregate, or create one.
  3. Check its source, people and Match rule, and saved dates and timezone.
  4. Review its progress and completed Summary, Results, and Timeline sections.
  5. Open contributing answers to verify unexpected totals or AI statements.

Creating or changing aggregates requires the Report Aggregates License grant. Choosing organization clients does not share the snapshot with the organization. See access and licensing.

Review the snapshot

  • Summary shows Report and people counts, dates, generation time, AI status, freshness, and coverage counts. An overall AI summary appears when available.
  • Results groups captured answers by field. Follow results and charts to explore choices, numeric statistics, and paged tables.
  • Timeline shows supported answer patterns across saved periods. See periods, choices, and timezone rules.
  • Browse source responses opens the saved contributing answers, with links to source Reports that you can currently access.

Reports, selected people, answer records, and missing counts are different measures. Repeated answers and multiple selections affect percentages. Single-choice Results and Timeline use different denominators. Read counting rules before interpreting totals.

Aggregate AI summarizes saved readable text and statistics. It does not inspect media files directly. Follow credits and recovery for partial, failed, or skipped summaries.

Keep the snapshot useful

An aggregate is a saved snapshot. New matching Reports do not change its results until you generate a replacement.

Use Check source changes in Summary before assuming results are current. Refresh generates a replacement; Refresh list only reloads the collection. The previous completed snapshot remains available while a replacement runs.

Follow generation management for stopping, retrying, renaming, or deleting. To change saved criteria, create another aggregate. These screens do not provide aggregate sharing or file downloads; export an individual Report when appropriate.
