Find and access your aggregates

Search private aggregates, check personal and workspace licensing, and distinguish saved snapshot access from current source permissions.

Aggregates are private to the account that created them. Organization Staff, managers, clients, and other Report reviewers do not automatically share one another's aggregates.

Find a saved aggregate

  1. Select the relevant personal or organization workspace.
  2. Open Reports > Aggregates.
  3. Use Search aggregates to match its name.
  4. Use First page, Previous, and Next to browse additional results.
  5. Open a desktop row or mobile tile.
  6. Use Refresh list or Retry loading if the list could not update.

Search matches part of the aggregate name without regard to capitalization. It does not search source answers or participant names. Results show 25 aggregates per page, ordered by most recently updated. A search or workspace change returns to the first page.

An empty filtered page is not proof that no aggregates exist. Clear the search, return to First page, and check the signed-in account and workspace.

Creation and change permissions

Creating, refreshing, renaming, stopping, or deleting requires your account's Report Aggregates License grant. Check Settings > Account > Licenses, including applicable organization-assigned personal Licenses.

The current workspace also controls whether action buttons appear. In an organization workspace, have an authorized manager check its access and License configuration as well. An organization role alone does not replace the required personal grant. If the button appears but the request reports a missing grant, check your personal License.

A lost creation grant does not by itself remove your saved aggregate. Read access and change permission are separate.

Saved data versus source access

A completed snapshot contains captured information. It can remain readable after your access to the source Reports changes. Opening an individual source Report still checks current Report permissions; a readable saved response does not guarantee that its original Report will open.

New generation rechecks the creator's current License, workspace access, and Report visibility when capture begins. A queued request can fail if those conditions change before capture. Losing source access does not automatically erase the old snapshot.

Organization-source aggregates normally appear in that organization workspace. If the organization is no longer a selectable workspace, your retained aggregate can appear under personal. This does not restore organization access.

Saved data can also change through privacy cleanup. If The saved result changed appears, use the offered reload action to read the current snapshot. Do not interpret an unavailable section as an empty result.

There is currently no aggregate sharing, file export, or historical-run picker in these screens. For an individual Report export, use Report downloads. See generation management for refresh and deletion.
