Notes and Schedule
Recover missing or unexpected schedule completion
Check saved results, About, changed occurrences, synchronization, and safe correction options.
Check the saved result and current occurrence before starting the work again. A Report can exist even when Schedule has not changed.
Check in this order
- Return to the owning workspace's Schedule, refresh, and clear filters that could hide the date. Check a moved date as well as its original day.
- Open Reports and look for the result, or use View report when offered.
- Confirm the result's content, About, recorder, and capture time.
- Check whether you launched that exact occurrence, or opened the content directly from Library.
- Check whether the date was moved, skipped, deleted, or changed while the work was open.
- Review capture or synchronization errors before retrying the original save.
Saved Report, occurrence still active
A partial Guide Report, wrong About subject, or result without schedule context does not complete the date. A matching check can also preserve a later skip or move without making the successful submission fail.
For pending Guide capture, reconnect the same device and use the offered capture retry or Settings > Mobile & Offline > Session Sync. Keep local data until synchronization is resolved. Replaying can create another session and Report.
For a Form whose submission result is uncertain, keep the response open and follow submission recovery. Its retry reuses the submission; starting a new response can create a second result.
There is no general control to attach an arbitrary existing Report to a schedule occurrence. Review the work with an authorized editor instead of assuming a direct Library run can be linked afterward.
Done, but no expected Report
Manual Done creates no new Report. A Report may also be inaccessible, voided, or no longer linked after a schedule change.
Replay does not replace the existing completion link while the occurrence is already Done. Find any new result in Reports. Changing scheduled content or About does not rewrite an earlier Report.
Correct the schedule deliberately
For an editable recurring date, Clear or Clear exception removes its whole exception and restores original series behavior. This also removes any rescheduled time or reminder override. It does not delete a Report.
A one-time completed schedule does not offer that Clear control. Schedule again can create new work; review its date, content, About, and reminder before saving. The original completed item and Report remain separate.
An incorrect Report has its own voiding workflow. Voiding does not automatically reopen the schedule. An authorized editor may manually mark a recurring occurrence Done when that is appropriate, but this records a schedule state and supplies no new completion evidence.
Assignment due rows follow assignment status and do not expose these schedule exception controls.
