Notes and Schedule

Find missing assignments and reconcile status

Recover missing assigned Guides, compare conflicting completion badges, and preserve interrupted work.

Check the assignment, its saved result, and the list you are viewing before repeating work. An empty list or Overdue badge can reflect limited loaded data.

Find a missing row

  1. Confirm the signed-in account and access to both the Guide and person.
  2. On Home, enable Assigned guides in Home view settings if hidden.
  3. Check the intended person's profile in People, when it has Assigned guides. Home shows five rows; People uses the same loaded collection of up to 80 active assignments, so it is not a complete fallback.
  4. For dated incomplete work, open Schedule in the owning workspace, choose the due date, and clear filters.
  5. Reconnect and reload if the displayed data may be stale.

Completed assignments can occupy Home's five places. Undated assignments do not appear on the calendar; archived ones normally disappear from the loaded assignment collection. A contact profile without Assigned guides does not establish that the person has none.

If the assignment still cannot be found, ask the person who arranged the work to confirm its Guide, person, due date, and whether it remains active. There is no current user-facing assignment archive or browse-all screen.

Completed in one place, Overdue in another

Home and People derive completion from a limited recent collection: up to 32 Reports and 64 sessions. Older assignment evidence can fall outside it.

Schedule and Shelf check completion separately, so dated work can disappear there while Home or People still labels the assignment Pending or Overdue. Reloading may refresh recent changes, but it does not remove these collection limits.

Open Reports and inspect the actual result before doing the work again. A partial Report can count as assignment completion, while a completed session can preserve the badge after its Report is voided. Neither deleting local answers nor voiding a Report is a reliable reset.

A result exists but the assignment did not update

Check that you used the assignment's Launch, not Library playback, Open guide, or a separate schedule for the same Guide. Also check the Report's Guide, person, and saved completion details.

If saving or synchronization is pending, preserve the session and follow Session sync. Repeated fresh launches can produce additional results without repairing the original run.

For a failed assignment notification or incomplete saved link, return to the current assignment's Launch action. If answers already exist, preserve them before starting over.

New dates and changes

The current UI does not offer direct assignment creation, editing, archiving, or resetting. Use Schedule for new planned work. A new schedule is separate; it does not repair or replace the old assignment.
