Report inbox
Find accessible Reports with search, filters, page sorting, and First page/Previous/Next navigation.
The inbox lists Guide and Form Reports you can currently review in the active workspace. See Report access if an expected result is missing.
Find and open a Report
- Select the correct workspace, open Reports, and choose the Reports tab.
- Use search to match a Report title or ID, Guide, Form, folder, About name, or recorder name. Search matches text without requiring the same capitalization; it does not search captured answers or AI summary text.
- Review Submitted, About, Workflow, Source, and Summary. About includes Recorded by beneath the subject.
- Select a desktop row or mobile Report tile to open it.
- Use Next, Previous, or First page to move between pages of up to 50 Reports.
Pages initially follow newest submitted results first. Desktop column headings sort only the current page; selecting a heading again reverses direction. On mobile, use Sort and Ascending or Descending. Sorting applies to this page. Sorting by About does not group every matching Report across all pages. Changing search or filters returns to the first page.
Narrow the results
- Open Report filters.
- Choose Subject, Workflow type, Guide, Form, or Folder as needed. Search the choice lists and use their paging controls for more options.
- Set submitted From and To dates when helpful.
- Select Done to return to the list.
Filters combine, so an overly narrow combination may find nothing. Unassigned means no About identity; it does not mean every self-recorded Form. Form workflow type finds direct Form submissions. Combined Guide + Form Reports use the Guide workflow type and can also match a specific Form filter. Folder filtering selects that folder, not its descendants.
Date boundaries include the selected days in UTC, while displayed times may use your local time zone. Widen the range by a day when checking a result near midnight. The header badge counts active filters, including search.
Reset clears search and filters and selects Custom view; it leaves your sorting choice in place. To reuse a filter set, follow saved Report views.
Understand loading and empty states
No reports on this page. can mean no accessible results or no matches. Use First page, clear search, and Reset before assuming the Report is missing. Changing workspaces changes the accessible list and filter choices.
Report rows, totals, and filter availability load separately. Updating totals, Last known totals; refresh failed, or Report totals are unavailable does not necessarily prevent reviewing the loaded page. A stale-filter notice means some selected values are no longer visible.
For connection or temporary service failures, use Retry; an already loaded page may remain available. If requests are limited, wait briefly first. A sign-in or access failure clears protected results: follow sign-in recovery or have access restored, then retry. Repeated retries do not grant permission.
