Favorite Library content
Mark useful content as a favorite so it is easier to return to.
Favorites let you mark the Library items you use often so they are easier to return to from Library and Home. Favorites are personal to your account; they do not favorite the item for other people who can access the same workspace or shared Library.
What you can favorite
You can favorite active Library folders and active Library content that you can see, including Guides, Forms, Courses, files, and templates. You only need access to view the item.
Archived, deleted, unavailable, or access-revoked items do not stay visible as favorites. If an item is renamed or moved while you still have access, the favorite follows that item.
Add or remove a favorite
- Open Library and find the folder or content item.
- Use the star button, or open the item actions menu and choose Add to favorites.
- To undo it, use the filled star or choose Remove from favorites.
CareMap disables the favorite control while the change is saving. When the item is favorited, the star appears filled.
Find favorites on Home
The Home screen can show a Favorites section with a short list of favorited folders and content. Selecting a favorite opens the item or starts the usual action for that item type, such as opening a folder, running an available Guide, filling a Form, or downloading a file.
Home only shows favorites that are currently active and available to you. If you favorite more items than Home can display, use Library to reach the rest.
If a favorite does not appear
- Confirm you are in the workspace or shared Library where the item is available.
- Refresh if the item was just renamed, moved, or shared with you.
- If the star changes back or you see an error, you may no longer have access or the item may no longer be active.
- To remove something from Home, remove the favorite from the item in Library or from the favorite's actions menu on Home.
