My Content and organization scope

Understand personal add history and organization publication or audience results in Catalog.

Catalog > My Content helps you return to accessible publications associated with your additions or your Staff organizations. It appears when CareMap has matching listings for at least one of those views. A particular view can still be empty.

Personal My Content

Your personal view shows accessible listings you have added before using Add to Library, Add Course, or Add Reference.

An addition you made into an organization Library also counts as your own add history. Someone else's addition does not become your personal history merely because you can access that folder.

This view is not a list of currently installed files. A card can remain after you move or delete a Library copy or remove a removable Learn item. Conversely, losing Catalog access can remove the card even though you still have an independent Library copy.

Organization My Content

An organization's view includes accessible listings that either:

  • name that organization as their publisher; or
  • include that organization in their private audience grants.

The organization does not need to have installed the content first. Copying an unrelated public publication into its Library does not by itself place the listing in this organization view.

Organization Catalog access is for Owners, Manager Staff, and Staff. Ordinary members and assigned Clients do not receive this access solely from those relationships. Direct Contact audience access can make a private listing available separately.

Select the view

On wider screens, open My Content and use My Content scope when you belong to organizations. Choose My Content for your personal additions or choose an organization by name. This changes Catalog filtering, not the active workspace or a Library destination.

On compact screens, including mobile, the separate scope selector is hidden. My Content follows your active workspace: an accessible active organization workspace selects that organization; your personal workspace selects personal history. Use the workspace switcher to change it.

Search text, the content type tab, and any publisher filter can further narrow results. Use Content, Courses, or References as appropriate.

A card is visible but cannot be added

My Content can retain accessible discontinued or quarantined listings. Open the card and check its state and versions. New additions require an active listing and an approved available release; an existing Learn item can offer Open in Learn separately.

See Catalog troubleshooting if a listing or scope is missing.
