Administration
Publish a Package in Billing
Configure a Main plan or Add-on listing, set its purchase price, and stop new sales.
Global administrators use a Package's Storefront tab to offer it for purchase in personal Settings > Account > Billing. Publishing requires online billing to be configured.
Configure a listing
- Open Admin > Access > Licensing and select an active Package.
- Save any Package property or grant changes first, then reopen Storefront.
- Choose Package type: Main plan or Add-on.
- Enter Customer-facing name, Description, and an optional Image URL (HTTPS, optional).
- Set Price (USD) and Billing cadence.
- Select Publish in Billing settings, then Save storefront listing.
- Wait for Storefront listing saved. and review the listing.
A new Package must be created before Storefront is available. Existing inactive Packages show disabled storefront controls.
Regular (internal only) is for Packages outside the purchase storefront. It cannot be published. Selecting it clears the publish checkbox, but you still need to save the listing.
Main plans occupy the personal account's single Main slot. Add-ons supplement a Main plan or other capabilities; each Add-on can be purchased once, and subscriptions renew independently.
Listing content and price
The customer-facing name allows 150 characters and the description 2,000. The optional image must use an HTTPS URL. The feature list comes from the Package's saved capabilities and quantities; edit Grants to change it.
Published plans must cost at least $0.01. Enter USD with two decimal places and choose Monthly or Yearly. The storefront price and cadence are separate from the Package defaults used for direct administrative assignments.
Publishing creates or reuses the payment provider's product and price. A later price change applies to new purchases; existing subscribers keep their current subscription price. Package grant revisions still affect their capabilities.
Once a published price exists, the Package's Main/Add-on classification is locked, even before a purchase or after unpublishing. Create another Package if a different classification is needed. Keep paid listings separate from the global Base Package.
Unpublish and recover
Clear Publish in Billing settings and select Save storefront listing. The offer disappears from new purchases; existing subscriptions continue. Retirement also requires subscriptions and pending checkouts to have ended. It cannot replace a Package still used by ongoing subscriptions.
Storefront uses its own save action. Closing the editor with Cancel does not undo a listing already saved.
If loading or saving fails, review the message, close the editor, and Refresh Licensing before reopening Storefront. Check the saved price, classification, and publication state before retrying an uncertain result.
