Account storage and AI credits
See storage and AI credit information for the active workspace.
Use Settings > Account > Usage to review the active workspace's balances. Check Usage workspace before interpreting the numbers. Selecting another workspace here also changes the app's active workspace.
Personal usage is visible to you. Organization usage requires authorized Staff access. If you see Usage details unavailable, ask an authorized organization Staff member to review it; do not interpret hidden details as zero usage.
Read the AI balance
AI credits available is the spendable total. The card shows a reset date and these details:
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Cycle available | Remaining cycle credits after reservations. |
| Cycle grants | Recorded current-cycle grants, including monthly grants and top-ups. |
| Cycle funding adjustments | Balance corrections and fresh License allocations; these can add or reduce credits. |
| Permanent credits | Remaining permanent balance; these credits do not expire. |
| Used | Settled usage after refunds. |
| Reserved | Credits held for unfinished work, not final charges. |
Open How to read this balance for explanations and, when available, cycle refunds, expired cycle credits, and outstanding credit debt. Refunds are already deducted from Used; do not add them a second time. Total available can differ from the simple sum of cycle and permanent balances because of debt and holds from other cycles. Not available means a breakdown was not supplied.
Current-cycle grants and adjustments do not promise the next cycle's allowance. The reset date applies to cycle credits; expired cycle credits cannot be spent. The balance shown here does not choose funding for every AI action. See Storage and AI allowances.
Read storage usage
The card shows retained data and the last calculation time. When capacity is ready, it includes Capacity, Remaining, and a breakdown of Authored content, Original assets, Generated data, and Activity. Uploads in progress appears while reservations hold space.
Remaining space accounts for retained data and reservations. Effective License benefits supply capacity. Low-space and over-allowance messages help explain why an upload or authoring action is rejected. Delete unneeded content in the owning workspace and allow time for the total to update; this card itself does not delete content.
Other Usage controls
When available, Automatic report summaries and Automatic Profile Document comparisons are account preferences, even beside organization usage. They follow your account across workspaces. Their descriptions explain eligibility; turning them off affects future automatic attempts rather than deleting existing results. See automatic Report summaries and credits and Profile Document comparisons.
Authorized organization managers can also open Organization summary categories here. See Profile AI categories.
Recover missing or stale information
Calculating means an initial storage total is not ready. Storage usage updating can show a previous total while recalculation is pending; check its timestamp before assuming a deletion or upload is reflected. Capacity fields may be absent until quota information is ready.
If a request fails, use Try again on the affected card. Check the workspace again after switching and avoid treating a retained old balance as a successful refresh. For a permission restriction, ask an authorized manager rather than retrying the same unavailable view.
