Agent
Ask about Reports and profile details
Read one captured Report or a person's saved structured details with the right evidence and access.
The Agent has dedicated reading tools for captured Reports and structured profile details. These tools are separate from general workspace search.
Ask about a specific record
- Identify the exact Report or person you want to discuss.
- Provide the specific source link when available. Do not substitute a similarly named Guide, Form, or person.
- State the question and ask the Agent to read that source without changing it.
- Ask it to continue through the relevant answers or fields if the first result is incomplete.
- Open the returned source link and check the saved evidence.
Naming a person or Report does not grant access or guarantee the Agent can identify it. If it cannot identify the exact record, use Reports or People directly instead of asking it to guess.
Captured Report evidence
For a Report question, the Agent needs the exact Report. For example: “Read this Report and explain the captured answers and launch event. Keep original answers separate from generated interpretations.”
The Report tool checks the access and consent rules used by the Report screen on every read. Access to the authored Guide alone does not establish access to its Reports.
It can read captured Guide answers, Form answers, recorder and subject information, submission time, and recorded events. It reads up to 10 entries from each answer/event collection at a time. Long values or summaries may be shortened, so open the Report for full evidence and media.
A consent-redacted Report provides no readable captured answers or events. An empty result does not establish that nothing happened. General search, a Schedule, or a Guide's instructions cannot replace the captured Report.
Structured profile details
Ask for the particular saved information you need, such as an address, insurance details, or a care/support designation. These are authored facts provided by the person or an authorized caregiver, not independently verified facts or a generated Profile AI summary.
Current profile permissions apply. The Agent reads a limited page of fields at a time and can continue to the next page. Contact designations identify the referenced person's current name; they do not grant access to that person's private profile.
Ordinary summaries omit identifier fields and redact known identifiers. Request an exact member, policy, or group number only when you need it. Review sensitive output before copying or sharing it.
Field citations open the saved revision in a read-only profile dialog. They do not update the profile. Use People for corrections, and distinguish these fields from uploaded Profile Documents.
