Ask the Agent about CareMap

Use the Agent's separate Knowledge Base search for questions about how CareMap works.

Use the Agent's CareMap Help search for questions about product features, permissions, statuses, and workflows.

Ask a product question

  1. Open Agent.
  2. Ask one direct question, such as “How do I add someone to a care team?” Include the label or status you see when possible.
  3. Wait while the conversation shows Searching Help for your question.
  4. Read the answer and open its CareMap Help links to review the supporting instructions.

The Agent chooses CareMap Help when the answer depends on public product documentation. You do not need to find an article first.

Know which content is searched

CareMap Help is separate from your Library and workspace content. It contains published guidance about using CareMap and does not give the Agent additional access to private content.

For a question about one of your own Guides, Courses, References, or files, name that content in the question. The Agent uses its authorized workspace search instead. If a question combines product instructions with your content, the Agent may use both sources and should keep them distinct in the answer.

Get a more useful answer

  • Ask about one task or problem at a time.
  • Use the exact button, destination, field, or status name shown in CareMap.
  • Mention whether you are using web, desktop, or mobile when the steps may differ.
  • Ask the Agent to search CareMap Help if it answers without product documentation.
  • Open the cited Help link before making an important change.

Some published Help pages may contain only a brief overview. The Agent should not present missing detail as documented fact. Ask a narrower follow-up or open the cited page to see what is currently covered.

If Searching Help for ends with an error, retry the question after a short wait. Other Agent tools may remain available while CareMap Help search is temporarily unavailable.
