Manage profile summaries
Configure profile summary generation, global categories, and weekly processing from Admin Summary.
CareMap administrators use Admin > Summary to configure Profile AI and review generation progress. Organization management alone does not grant this system-wide access.
Save generation settings
- Open Admin > Summary.
- Find Generation and queue configuration.
- Review the model, shared prompt, limits, capacity, and scheduling switch.
- Make the intended changes, then select Save.
- Wait for Summary configuration saved. before leaving.

Generation settings are versioned. Already queued jobs keep their captured model, prompt, and generation limits. Capacity and scheduling control the queue separately. Increasing capacity can increase simultaneous credit reservations and demand on the summary service.
A failed save keeps the draft. Correct the visible error and retry. Monitoring refreshes automatically every 30 seconds without replacing your draft. Manual Refresh reloads saved settings, so save intended edits first.
Pause or resume weekly work
Turn Scheduled weekly generation off and save to stop discovering new scheduled work. Existing queued work can finish; the switch does not cancel it. A profile writer can still request Generate now.
Turn it on and save to resume discovery of eligible closed weeks. Inactivity alone does not create a new per-person review. See Generate profile summaries for activity and personal-credit rules.
Review progress and failures
The Summary queue shows active slots, queued/retrying work, remaining people and categories, processing rates, oldest queued age, next retry, and settled credits for the current sweep. Weekly sweep history separates updated, unchanged, insufficient-evidence, failed, cancelled, and low-credit outcomes. Processed work is not synonymous with a newly published summary.
Operational alerts identify conditions such as old backlogs, repeated rate limits, provider authentication failures, unsettled credit reservations, or high failure/low-credit rates. Read the displayed observed value and threshold.
Expand a run under Support drill-down to inspect its Person identifier, trigger, status, category attempts, timing, credits, and reasons. Use Load older runs for earlier entries; a later refresh returns the list to recent runs. This view has no search, retry, or cancellation control. It omits care content, names, prompts, and filenames.
After a problem is resolved, confirm progress or request a category review from the profile when appropriate. Global categories are managed below monitoring; follow Manage summary categories.
