Account Licenses

Review the capabilities supplied by your active Licenses and inspect your License history.

A Package defines capabilities and quantities. A License assigns one Package to your account. Several active Licenses can combine to supply the capabilities available in your personal workspace.

The personal License view is read-only. It helps you understand current access and history, but it does not issue, correct, renew, or revoke a License.

Open your Licenses

  1. Open Settings from the main navigation. On a compact screen, open More, then select Settings.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Select Licenses.

The Your capabilities summary shows the combined result of all active Licenses assigned to your account. It can include capabilities such as content use, content authoring, catalog publishing, Notes, Report Aggregates, and Unlimited Guardians, plus quantities such as storage capacity and next-cycle AI credits.

Only capabilities that are currently enabled and quantities greater than zero appear. A capability that is absent is not shown as an Off item. If the active Licenses supply nothing visible, CareMap shows No capabilities are currently granted.

Review active and past Licenses

Select View licenses to open the inventory. It contains:

  • Active Licenses, which currently supply capabilities or quantities; and
  • Past Licenses, which preserve expired and revoked history but no longer contribute to the live summary.

Each row shows the Package, status, issued date, ending date, source, and commercial terms. Never means the License has no expiration date. Commercial terms may be absent.

On desktop, review the columns in the inventory table and select a row to open it. On a compact screen, scroll the table horizontally to reach every column, then tap the row. The inventory and the selected License details each scroll independently so their headers and closing actions remain reachable.

Read one License's details

Opening a row shows:

  • the Package name and License status;
  • the issued and expiration dates;
  • the assignment source;
  • commercial terms when available;
  • the revocation date and reason when recorded; and
  • the grants that the License currently contributes.

Select Back to Licenses to return to the inventory, or Done to close it. A past License can show no current grants because it no longer contributes to the effective capability summary.

The status explains whether the License affects your account now:

  • Active contributes its current Package grants to Your capabilities.
  • Expired reached its ending date and remains as historical evidence.
  • Revoked was stopped before or instead of expiration and may include a recorded revocation reason.

Distinguish capabilities, License terms, and usage

These views answer different questions:

  • Your capabilities combines the live result of every active License.
  • One License's details explain that assignment's Package, status, terms, source, and current grants.
  • Account storage and AI credits shows capacity, current usage, remaining storage, available AI credits, and reset information for the active workspace.

A storage or AI quantity in Your capabilities describes what active Licenses supply. It is not a usage meter and does not show how much has already been consumed.

Get a License corrected

You cannot change a License from personal Settings. If a License is missing, expired, revoked, has unexpected terms, or lacks an expected grant, contact the organization manager, Supplier, or CareMap administrator responsible for it. Share the Package name, visible status, ending date, source, and missing capability, but do not share sign-in credentials or private care content.

Organization managers can review Organization Packages and Licenses. CareMap administrators can use Manage Packages and Licenses. For a guided access check, see Troubleshoot licensing.
