Workspace-aware navigation

The workspace name at the top of the sidebar or More identifies the active context. Check it when an area looks different or an action is missing.

Why destinations differ

Navigation reflects your account capabilities, the selected workspace's capabilities, and device feature choices. Viewing and authoring are separate: you may be able to open Library, Notes, or Schedule without being able to create or change their content. Reports can be available without permission to create aggregates.

In an organization, Organization is available to authorized Staff and Owners. Members is the combined Staff/Clients management entry for Owners and Manager Staff. Other management actions are reached from the organization views when authorized; do not expect a separate sidebar entry for each action. See Organization roles.

Home, your account, and device preferences also contain information that follows you across contexts. In particular, Home invitations and direct assignments are account-wide. See Navigate CareMap for the standard navigation controls.

Find a missing area

1. On a compact screen, open More to find destinations outside the toolbar.
2. Confirm the active workspace and signed-in account.
3. Open Settings > Appearance > Features and enable a hidden optional area if it is available to you.
4. Check your workspace and folder access. A visible area does not promise editing or management authority within it.
5. Ask the appropriate organization manager or folder Owner to review access if the area is still missing.

Enabling a feature changes visibility; it does not add a License, change a role, or grant access. A direct link to an unavailable workspace destination can fall back to Home. Individual content links still require access to that content.

Customize compact navigation

The bottom toolbar keeps Home first and More last. Open More > Customize toolbar to add, remove, or reorder up to five other destinations. Changes save immediately for this account on this device. Removing a shortcut does not delete content or revoke access.
