Organizations on a profile

The Organizations section in Profile details shows the organizations connected to that person. It is available when you can view the person's profile details, including on your own profile.

View an affiliation

1. Open your account profile, or open an authorized person's profile from People.
2. On Profile, find Profile details, then Organizations.
3. Select an organization row to open its details.

The dialog or mobile flyout shows the organization name and the person's relationship. Close it to return to the profile. It does not switch your workspace or open organization administration.

Understand the labels

Owner, Manager Staff, Staff, and Member describe an account's membership. Client means the person's profile is assigned to that organization. A person can have both a membership and a Client assignment; CareMap displays both on one organization row. Client affiliations can also appear for a profile that has no linked account.

The list is alphabetical and appears only when affiliations are available. Seeing an affiliation does not grant you access to that organization, its members, or its content. Your own workspace choices still depend on your own access.

Correct a missing or unexpected affiliation

This section is read-only. Ask an authorized organization manager or CareMap administrator to review the person's membership or Client assignment in the organization's management area. Updating a name or other profile detail does not change those relationships.

A contact connection alone does not grant access to structured profile details. If the whole section is unavailable, first check your permission to view the person's details. If only an affiliation is missing, confirm the correct person and linked account, then reopen the profile after the relationship is corrected.

Some affiliations also supply personal role Licenses. The profile list shows relationships; review Settings > Account > Licenses for the actual Package benefits.
