Agent

Read and create schedules with the Agent

Ask about a scoped date range or create a scheduled Guide or Form, then verify it in Schedule.

The Agent can read the active workspace's Schedule and create an eligible scheduled Guide or Form after an explicit request.

Currently, use Schedule to change or remove existing items. The Agent's update and removal actions fail validation before saving. Repeating the same request or changing its wording does not resolve that limitation.

Read a schedule

  1. Switch to the intended workspace.
  2. Give a date range and time zone, plus the person when relevant.
  3. Say “Do not change anything” when you only want information.
  4. Review the answer and open Schedule to verify the items.

For example: “List Jordan's scheduled items next week in America/Chicago. Do not change anything.”

The result can include ordinary scheduled items and assignment-derived rows. An assignment row is not an editable schedule item.

Large recurring ranges can return incomplete results. Narrow the date range and review Schedule; an incomplete list is not proof that no other items exist.

Create a scheduled item

  1. Identify the exact Guide or Form and intended person, if any.
  2. Give the date, start time, time zone, and any end time.
  3. Specify repetition, its end date, and how early a reminder should appear.
  4. Explicitly ask the Agent to create the item.
  5. If it reports an overlap, review the competing items before confirming that the overlap should be saved.
  6. Open Schedule in the content's workspace and check the saved item.

The content and person must be eligible for scheduling under your current permissions. The new item's source workspace follows the selected Guide or Form. Selecting a search folder does not grant scheduling access.

Without another request, the tool defaults to a one-time item and a reminder 15 minutes before it. Reminder offsets range from 0 to 1,440 minutes. For supported repetition, specify the frequency and interval explicitly.

Tool activity may say Scheduling guide… / Scheduled guide even when the item is a Form. Check the saved content type and name.

Verify changes and recover

Use Schedule editing for changes, removal, and recurrence scope. Use the occurrence controls for a single date; do not describe an occurrence change as a whole-series replacement.

Creating a schedule does not complete the Guide or Form, submit a Report, or acknowledge a reminder. Reminder delivery still depends on device setup and permissions.

If an answer stops or the result is uncertain, inspect Schedule before creating another item. A fresh request can create a duplicate; Stop CareMap response does not undo work already saved.
