Account and Settings
Account sessions
Review and end supported CareMap sign-in sessions.
Account sessions show where your CareMap account is currently signed in. Use them to renew this device's session or end access on another device.
Review active sessions
- Open Settings from the main navigation.
- Select Account.
- Find Account sessions.
- Review each device label, Last used time, expiration, and network label when one is available.
The session marked Current is the one you are using. On a compact screen, CareMap shows the current session and a small number of other sessions. Select Show more or the X more button to open the full Account sessions screen. Select Back to Settings when you finish.
Only you can manage the sessions for your signed-in account. The same active session list is available from CareMap on web, desktop, and mobile.
Renew the current session
Select Refresh session to renew the current sign-in. CareMap confirms when the current session is refreshed. This action does not refresh or reopen sessions on other devices.
End another session
To end one session:
- Find an entry that is not marked Current.
- Select Revoke.
- Wait for the session list and confirmation message to update.
To end every session except this one, select Revoke others. The button is unavailable when there are no other active sessions.
Revoking a session signs that device out when it next uses CareMap. It does not delete account or workspace content. The person using that device must sign in again to create a new session.
Sign out this device
The current session has no Revoke button in the list. To end it, return to Settings, select Sign out, and confirm Sign out in the dialog. Unsaved local form state may be cleared when the current session ends.
If a session looks unfamiliar or an action fails
Revoke an unfamiliar session, or use Revoke others to keep only the device you are using. Then review the sign-in methods shown under Account and remove any method you do not recognize when that action is available.
If CareMap cannot load, refresh, or revoke a session, check your connection and try the action again. If the current session has expired or was revoked, return to the sign-in screen and sign in again.
