Read retained questionnaire answers

Find earlier questionnaire information on profiles and distinguish it from editable profile details.

Profiles retain earlier questionnaire answers as context. The current profile screens display these answers without an editor; use Profile details for current editable information such as name, pronouns, bio, and addresses.

Find saved answers

  1. Open your account profile, an active contact, or an available Client profile.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Expand Questionnaire answers beneath the profile information.
  4. Read About Me, My Relationships, My Lifestyle, and My Wellness where available.

These sections can contain descriptions of preferences, relationships, activities, technology, wellbeing, and important places. Not provided means no answer is available for that question; it is not evidence of a negative answer.

An old questionnaire-page link shows Questionnaire page retired. Use Open my Profile or Open person Profile to reach the current surface. The retired page is not a questionnaire editor.

Separate context from current facts

Retained descriptions and places are not automatically copied into current names, pronouns, or addresses. A place listed in the questionnaire does not establish the current primary residence. To maintain current facts, follow Add and update profile details.

These answers are also separate from generated Current state summaries. Reading or reopening questionnaire context does not request paid summary generation.

Access and missing information

On account/contact profiles, questionnaire access follows the account itself or an active contact relationship. It is separate from the contact's Profile details and summaries permission.

The Client-profile questionnaire uses different access rules: administrators, the linked account, and authorized care-team access can read it. Organization Staff or Guardian access alone does not satisfy that questionnaire check. Opening the wider profile therefore does not guarantee these answers are visible.

A limited-access notice is different from a loading failure. For a temporary load failure, check the connection and select Try again; Technical details provides additional error information. For an access notice, review the relationship instead. A Client without saved questionnaire answers can show the question groups with Not provided values.
