Convert all MyGuide 11 Guides

Bulk conversion queues the Guides discovered in your linked source account. Guides convert one at a time in the cloud into your personal Library. You can leave the page while work continues.

Start and follow a batch

1. Open Settings > Account > Import.
2. Confirm the linked MyGuide 11 user ID and available Guides.
3. Under Bulk conversion, select Convert all of my guides.
4. Watch Importing … of …, the percentage, and the current Guide/library.
5. Select View guide results for individual outcomes.

The batch captures the discovered Guide list when it starts. Refreshing libraries does not add new Guides to that running batch. After it finishes, starting another batch discovers the source again and skips conversions already recorded as successful.

The Library header also shows active import progress. Select it to return to Import settings.

Understand results

Result	Meaning
Waiting	Queued, possibly waiting for an automatic retry.
Converting	The Guide is being processed.
Converted	Conversion completed; review the result before use.
Failed	This attempt did not finish; read its explanation.
Already imported	A successful prior conversion was skipped.
Cancelled	Remaining work was canceled.

Import complete and 100% mean the batch finished processing its items; individual items can still have failed. Review converted, failed, already imported, and remaining counts.

Results are loaded separately from the live summary. Use Refresh results to update the list and Load more results for later entries. Open guide is available when an item has a destination; a failed item can lead to an incomplete Guide.

Pause and resume

Rejected credentials pause the batch. Use Verify and replace account with the original source User ID and a valid key to resume it. Switching to another source account or unlinking also pauses remaining work.

A temporary progress-loading error does not establish that the cloud job stopped. Reopen Import after reconnecting.

Retry failures

When a completed batch has failures, Retry failed guides queues only those failed entries. Reconnect the original source account first. Converted and already-imported entries are not converted again.

Certain temporary source-service failures retry automatically a limited number of times. Other Guides can continue while one waits. Use the recorded result rather than repeatedly starting new batches.

Cancel remaining work

Select Cancel remaining to cancel queued entries. If a Guide is running, CareMap shows Finishing the current guide before stopping. Completed copies remain; cancellation does not delete them.

A canceled batch has no Resume button. Start a new batch to reconsider remaining source Guides, with successful prior conversions skipped. For partial copies and persistent failures, use import recovery.
