Ask about Courses and References

Inspect authorized Course or Reference content while keeping authored material separate from learner records.

The Agent can read an authorized Library Course or Reference, or an active Course or Reference release already in your Learn space.

Ask a focused question

  1. Name the Course or Reference and say whether it is in Library or Learn.
  2. Ask the Agent to find the exact source and read its outline.
  3. Name the Lesson or Chapter you want it to inspect.
  4. Ask a specific question about that content.
  5. Open the original source to check the complete material.

A useful request is: “Read the Emergency Procedures Chapter in my Learn Reference. Explain the evacuation instructions and identify the source.”

A Library project and a Learn release can contain different versions. State which one you need rather than treating a shared title as proof they match.

What the reading tool includes

The outline includes the name, description, Lesson or Chapter titles, and content types. A further read can include one exact Lesson or Chapter.

Authored assessment questions, answer keys, and explanations can be included. These are the author's assessment material, not evidence that a learner answered correctly or completed a Course.

For media, the tool receives descriptive information such as captions, alternative text, and media type. Do not assume that it watched the video, heard the audio, or inspected every image. Open the media yourself when its contents matter.

Supplemental Catalog resources are not expanded into these Course reads. Open the resource separately to inspect it.

Access and limits

Library reads use your current access to the Course's folder. Learn reads require your applicable content access and the exact active release already in your Learn space. A Catalog listing alone does not establish that access.

These tools do not return learner answers, attempts, scores, or progress. They do not enroll you, submit an assessment, mark content complete, or edit the Course.

If the requested release or Chapter is unavailable, open Learn or Library and confirm which version you can currently access. Ask a fresh question about that source; do not substitute another release silently.
