Monitor account deletion jobs
Inspect recent deletion requests, schedules, attempts, and errors without changing the request.
Global administrators use Admin → Dashboard → Jobs → Account deletion jobs to inspect deletion requests and cleanup progress.
This card is separate from Failed Jobs, Recent Jobs, and their summary counts.
Inspect a request
- Open the Account deletion jobs card.
- Select its own Refresh button.
- Find the Account by displayed name and email.
- Read State, any error, Schedule, and Attempts.
- Refresh again when you need a later snapshot.
Account labels are the name and email recorded with the request; they need not match later account changes. Schedule uses your device's local date/time display. Not scheduled means no scheduled time is present; it does not mean the account has already been deleted.
Attempts is the recorded attempt count. It is not a percentage or an estimated time remaining.
Understand the list
The card shows at most 100 requests, newest created first. It has no paging or search control. It is not a complete deletion-history export.
Opening the card loads a snapshot. It does not subscribe to live job updates. Its Refresh is independent of Overview → Refresh, which reloads the separate Operations summaries.
A refresh failure can leave previously loaded rows visible. Read the error before treating those rows as current. If you cannot find an older request, its absence from this list does not prove that it was canceled or completed.
Know the action boundary
This card has no Retry, Cancel, Approve, or Delete action. Refresh only reads status; it does not advance a grace period or start cleanup.
Account owners use their own account deletion workflow for the available request and cancellation controls. Do not infer that an administrative job row grants those actions on another person's behalf.
For repeated errors or unclear state, retain the request's account, state, schedule, attempts, and error for authorized support. Handle account details through an approved channel.
