Account and Settings

Account details

Confirm the active workspace, signed-in account, current CareMap runtime, and application version.

Account Details identifies the CareMap context you are using. It shows the active workspace, signed-in account, current client runtime, and CareMap version. These values are read-only and do not change account or workspace content.

Open Account Details

  1. Open Settings from the main navigation. On a compact screen, open More, then select Settings.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Select Details.

The same four values are available on web, desktop, and mobile, although their labels may be arranged differently to fit the screen.

Read the values

  • Active workspace is the personal or organization workspace currently selected throughout CareMap. Its Current workspace scope means that workspace-aware areas show content and actions for this selection.
  • Signed-in account is the account identity that owns the current session. It may include the account's display name and email or another account identifier. Its Your account scope is separate from the active workspace.
  • Runtime identifies the client presenting Settings. It reports Web browser, Desktop app, or Mobile app and may include a platform label when the packaged client can provide one.
  • CareMap version is the version of the client application currently in use.

Runtime and version both use the This runtime scope. Another browser, desktop installation, or mobile device can therefore show different runtime or version details while using the same account and workspace.

Switching workspaces does not sign you into a different account. Signing in as a different person can change the account identity and the workspaces available to that account.

Change account or workspace context

Account Details does not contain editing controls.

Share details safely when troubleshooting

When reporting a problem, support may ask which workspace, account, runtime, and CareMap version were active. Copy only the values needed to identify the affected context, and explain whether the problem occurred on web, desktop, or mobile.

Never share your password, passkey, verification token, sign-in link, session token, or other credentials. Account Details does not ask for those secrets and does not make them safe to include in a screenshot or support message.
