Organization service roles
Use Clinician, AT Services, and Support Coordination destinations enabled for an organization.
An organization can be designated for one or more independent service roles: Clinician, AT Services, and Support Coordination. These roles can be combined with each other and with Supplier access on the same organization.
When a role is active, its destination appears while you are working in that organization as an Owner or Staff member. Clients cannot operate organization service-role tools. A CareMap administrator controls which roles are active.
Each destination now opens its shipped approval dashboard:
- Clinician receives routed referrals, submits signed assessments, answers assigned pends, and reviews Cases. A Clinician operator must also configure an AT Services destination under Clinician > Options before the organization is ready to receive authenticated referrals.
- AT Services reviews signed assessments, requests revisions, dispatches Supplier referral work, answers assigned pends, and reviews Cases.
- Support Coordination starts authenticated referrals, records assigned WAMS and DBHDS steps, answers assigned pends, and reviews Cases.
Supplier access remains separate from these service roles. An organization can also be a Supplier, but Supplier eligibility, agreements, Packages, and operator access use their own configuration.
If a role destination is missing, confirm that you selected the intended organization, that your membership is active, and that an administrator enabled the corresponding role. If a Clinician is missing from referral choices, an eligible Clinician operator should also confirm that its referral route is ready.
