Add Supplier Catalog content

Add Supplier-visible Catalog content to a managed account without granting Catalog access.

Use Content in the Supplier account list to add Catalog content to a managed account's Library or Learn without granting access to the original submission.

Who can add content

An eligible organization's Owner or manager can add content while Supplier access is active, and only for accounts that Supplier currently manages. Available releases come from the Supplier organization's Catalog access, not the managed account's access. They may include public content, Supplier publications, and private content shared with the organization.

Add content to an account

  1. Switch to the organization that owns the Supplier relationship.
  2. Open Supplier > Accounts, find the managed account, then choose Content under Access.
  3. In Manage account content, review Account storage.
  4. Under Add from Catalog, search or select a release. Review its content type, visibility, publisher, version, and Library size.
  5. Choose a destination. Every available release can go to Library. A Course or Reference can also go to Learn.
  6. Choose Add to Library or Add to Learn.

Folder submissions preserve their nested structure. A release already queued, installing, or complete for a destination cannot be added there again. A Course or Reference may still be added to its other destination.

Check installation progress

CareMap queues the installation and reports that you can close the dialog while it finishes. Provisioning history shows the destination and version with one of these states:

  • Queued means the installation is waiting to start.
  • Installing means CareMap is creating the account-owned content.
  • Complete means the content is available in the selected destination.
  • Failed means installation stopped; review the visible message before trying again.

The dialog refreshes while installation is active. You can close it and open Content again later.

Storage and access limits

The account needs an active storage allowance for either destination. Library also needs enough remaining space for the displayed size. Not configured, no remaining space, or an oversized release prevents the add action.

Installation does not grant the managed account permission to browse, open, or share the original Catalog submission. It receives only the content created in its own destination.

If content cannot be added

  • Clear Search Catalog if no release matches. If the release is still absent, confirm that it remains approved and available to the Supplier organization.
  • Confirm that the account is still listed under Supplier > Accounts and that your Owner or manager access remains active.
  • If storage is unavailable, review the account's Package and License with a CareMap administrator before trying again.
  • If installation fails, read its message, correct the account, release, or storage problem, then select the release and destination again.

When requesting help, share the organization, managed account, release title and version, destination, visible state, and displayed message. Do not share passwords or private Catalog content.
